Step-by-Step Process (How MDMLAB Helps)

STEP 1 — Customer Contacts MDMLAB

The customer provides:

• Full Name

• Mobile/WhatsApp

• Passport Number

• Passport Copy

• Country (Saudi / UAE / Qatar / Oman / Bahrain / Kuwait)

• Visa Details (if any)

STEP 2 — Document Verification by MDMLAB

MDMLAB checks:

• Passport clarity

• Correct photo background

• Name spelling

• Visa number accuracy

• MOFA details (for Saudi)

If any document is incorrect, MDMLAB requests re-upload.

STEP 3 — Online Registration (Done by MDMLAB)

MDMLAB fills the complete GAMCA/WAFID online form:

• Applicant information

• Passport information

• Visa/MOFA details

• Country selection

• Nearest GAMCA medical center

MDMLAB pays the online registration fee and books the slot.

STEP 4 — Appointment Slip Issued

Customer receives:

• Appointment Slip (PDF)

• Center name & location

• Date & time

• Instructions & checklist

Everything is shared via WhatsApp + email.

STEP 5 — Reminder Before Appointment

24–48 hours before visit MDMLAB sends:

• Checklist

• Directions to medical center

• Photo requirements

• What to carry

STEP 6 — Customer Visits GAMCA Center

At the medical center:

• Carry printed appointment slip

• Pay center fee (approx ₹7,500)

• Complete X-ray, blood test, urine test & physical exam

STEP 7 — Report Delivery

Medical result is usually available within 24–48 hours.
MDMLAB sends:

• Fit/Unfit status

• Soft copy (if available online)

• Guidance for re-test (if required)
